As we move towards 1-1 Chromebooks in our building, we have new information regarding purchasing devices for your student. We have placed an initial order of Chromebooks that will be available for the 2018-19 school year. The anticipated end of life for this batch of devices is May 2024. When your child finishes at EMS, they will be able to continue using this device.  Please complete this form to secure a device for your student. If you have previously purchased a device for BYOD, your child may continue to use that device.

In order to connect personal devices to our Instructional Network, both parents and student must complete requirements in Jeffco Connect every year. To access agreements, log into Jeffco Connect and choose the agreements tab. You will see the link to BYOD and will need to view and sign. If you need further instructions, click here.

EMS Student Travel Opportunities 2019

If you haven’t heard, we have a couple of cool travel opportunities for students next school year including a trip to Belize over Spring Break and Iceland in June. 

Iceland: Discover explosive geysers, giant volcanoes, towering waterfalls, pristine glaciers, and black sand beaches where Viking explorers landed over 1,000 years ago. 

Belize: Snorkeling/SCUBA experience in the 2nd largest coral reef in the world, cave tubing, zip-lining, visiting Mayan Ruins, a jungle survival hike, a visit to the Belize Zoo, and more.  

 If you cannot attend the meeting but you would like information about the trips, you can still complete the form on the links above and indicate that you would like information. IMPORTANT: Choice enrolled students moving from elementary to middle school and middle to high school must submit a new choice enrollment application at each level. Being accepted via choice enrollment into an elementary school does not guarantee entry to the middle and high schools that elementary feeds into.
