At EMS, we have a group of students who are passionate about finding ways to better protect our planet. This year, we are creating better practices at lunch to reduce food waste and increasing recycling around the building. We learn about other conservation projects around the world and we partner with Evergreen Sustainability Alliance to make a positive impact on our community and our planet. All students are welcome (and we usually have snacks). If you'd like to join, get a Friday Green Team pass from Ms. Fliss, Mr. Major, or Mr. McLaughlin.

Girls Who Code
Wednesdays After School 4-5pm in the STEM Lab (Room 109)

.Girls Who Code is a computer science and technology club.  Activities in GWC include but are not limited to video production, robotics, game design, and web design.  GWC is not just for girls, anyone interested can join.  See Mr. Russell for details.

Harry Potter Club

If you're a Harry Potter fan, this is the club for you. Join Ms. Alvara and other Harry Potter fans for some fun activities and social time after school on Thursdays.

Choir Club
Fridays Before School 8:00-8:45 in Room 110
Sponsor: Ms. Scott

Our 6th grade Choir teacher, Ms. Scott, is leading a Choir Club for 7th and 8th grade students (since they do not have a choir class this year). If you like singing or want to try something new, join the Choir Club. All 7th and 8th grade students are welcome regardless of experience. 6th graders, if you are interested and you will not have choir as a class this year, you can also join. Just talk to Ms. Scott.
