About Mrs. Cutshall:
This is my 5th year at EMS and I am so happy to continue my time as a Ram! Before EMS, I was a counselor at Arvada West High School and Golden High School in Jeffco.
I was born in Seattle, WA and moved to Albuquerque, NM when I was 10 years old. After graduating high school, I attended Tennessee Tech University on a volleyball scholarship. I was lucky enough to have a mentor at TTU who encouraged me to do a school counseling internship and that was where I fell in love with this profession! I found my way to Colorado because of graduate school where I received my Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver.
When I am not at work, I really enjoy being active. I play in a couple volleyball leagues with my friends, I attend CrossFit classes, and I love going on walks and hikes. Relaxing on the couch with a good book is also a pastime I can’t get enough of. I love adventuring to new places and I like challenging myself to try new things, especially things that are out of my comfort zone. This year, my goal is to learn how to skateboard!
I can’t wait for a great 21-22 school year at EMS!
